Nickson offers a full range of flat bottom heavy duty clamps with a 3/8” u-bolt and zinc plated flange nuts. The saddle design gives a positive seal without cutting the pipe, while the heavier guage steel and narrow legs provide additional rigidity and durability. This same design is offered with the addition of welded tabs on the legs for maximum strength. We also offer them in 304 stainless steel with plain 18/8 stainless hex nuts.

Both the EasySeal and the AccuSeal band clamps feature the exclusive reaction block which provides a full 360 degree equal distribution of stretching forces which prohibits pipe distortion and creates a complete “inner circle seal” when the clamp is secured. The EasySeal clamp is made from 304 bright, annealed stainless and features longer bolts and preattached hardware that makes wraparound installation easy and accurate. The AccuSeal clamp is made from 430 bright stainless and is used in connection with slotted rigid pipe connections. It comes fully assembled, as pictured.
